Boromir's reply had been on Sean's lips when he'd found Viggo dripping on his doorstep, a Viggo feeling lost because he was not a king or a ranger anymore, a Viggo worried that what Sean had wanted in him might not be there anymore.
Sean was stretched out on the couch again, staring into the fire.
The flames seemed to wink at him, and he winked back.
He could do that now, because Viggo was cuddled in his lap.
Gondor needed no king?
Sean needed Viggo, and it felt good to know he was needed back.
