“Hey, hon?”
Sean looks around. Raises an eyebrow. Returns to his rosebush.
“Honeybunny… cutiepie?”
Sean looks around again, locks eyes with Viggo. “Who in hell are you talking to?”
“Why, you of course, gummybear.” Viggo bites his bottom lip.
It must be to hold back laughter, but to Sean it looks enticing. Even with the bizarre words coming out of the mouth. “You’re scaring me.”
“Don’t be scared, my precious.” Viggo approaches, and tries to put his arms around Sean.
Sean leans back a little, but reluctantly lets him, putting his hands on Viggo’s arms. “What do you want?”
Viggo leans his forehead against Sean’s. “You know what I want, sugar. My darling angel…” His hands roam downward and pull Sean even closer.
“No, I don’t.” Sean is fairly sure. “I thought you were napping.”
“I was… I had a lovely dream, featuring your voice.”
“Aye?” Viggo’s friskiness is making Sean more pliant.
“Yes, aye. You were calling me pet names and it was delicious.”
Sean smiles and brushes his fingers through Viggo’s hair. “What did I call you then?” He thinks he already knows.
Viggo’s eyes are closed, and he waits.
Sean whispers. “Shall we go inside then, sweetheart?”
Summary: Viggo has a lovely dream.
